How billing works
Know exactly what you pay for.
What you actually pay for
On Self-Serve and Managed plans you're billed per company contacted. A company becomes billable only once CACAO has identified and verified an appropriate recipient and sent the approved outreach, not on a reply, a meeting, or a deal. Companies that don't match your criteria, or that we can't contact, are on us. On API you supply the list, so you're billed per company processed.
Why every plan has a platform fee
Authentication, security, monitoring, support, analytics and platform availability cost the same in a quiet month as a busy one. A monthly fee covers that layer and includes your first companies each month.
Seats vs. processing
Included company processing belongs to the workspace, never the seat. Extra users add human access and collaboration, not processing allowance, so the two can't be traded against each other.
